It felt good to know we were helping others. I saw firsthand how a cancer diagnosis can turn a family upside down. We all needed help. There's simply no greater joy in life than knowing you gave someone else their joy. It was at that moment that life changed. That seems like such a small thing but, it's what motivates me.

It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The judge merely confirms that the agreed-upon sentence is in compliance with the law, that the parties are in agreement, and that the defendant understands his or her rights and the consequences of entering a plea. To earn it, designees must meet standards of experience, production, education, ethics, and provide recommendations. Membership is by invitation only. CRB Designees are better positioned to streamline operations, integrate new technology and apply new trends and business strategies. Was there a fear of an even greater sentence if the case was lost at trial? Green Through NAR's Green Designation, the Green Resource Council provides ongoing education, resources and tools so that real estate practitioners can successfully seek out, understand, and market properties with green features.

The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers CRB who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria. I will be the second. Holding this designation demonstrates expertise and integrity to employers, owners, and investors. It is a complicated and fluid process that, rightly or wrongly, is intertwined with the implicit racism that permeates our society. Earning the designation is a way to stand out to prospective buyers and sellers as a professional with expertise in these areas.
